Culture & Values
Imagination is a dynamic environment in which to work: informal yet professional, with a culture based on mutual regard and support. We believe this culture encourages creativity. Our growth is built on recruiting and retaining graduates of the highest calibre and our culture is key to this.
Communication within the organization is key to our success. Inter-department and inter-discipline communication is encouraged and fostered.
Fun and social responsibility
Our active Sports and Social club arranges and subsidizes sports events and social activities such as theatre trips, football, go-kart racing, golf days, pub and board game nights, climbing sessions, meals out and more. Imagination gives charitable donations both locally and nationally to a list of charities suggested each year by employees. It also matches any money raised for those charities by employees.
Our values are the foundation of our success
We are proud of our success and the culture and values that have enabled it, and we promote these values throughout Imagination. We are winners, customer focused, committed, responsible, agile, smart and fair. We are proud of what we do. We are committed to making our customers successful. We always do what’s best for Imagination, going the extra mile when needed.
